Choosing Tony

Qualified Coach, Counsellor and Career Consultant, Tony is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Career Development Association of Australia  and the Australian Institute of Management.  He is also a Clinical Member of the Counsellors And Psychotherapists Association of New South Wales (CAPA).  Tony has many years of management experience in banking, finance, accountancy, government and the arts in Australia and the UK.

Tony has been providing individual coaching, counselling and career advisory services for the past eight years, combining this work with consultancy for major organisations.  His passion is to help individuals to achieve their potential, identify and realise their dreams and reach high levels of personal satisfaction.  He has coached many individuals to achieve challenging personal and professional goals.  Tony established The Career Clinic to support people to achieve the motto ‘love your work’.

His coaching clients have included senior managers, middle managers and a wide range of clerical workers from a cross-section of Australian companies such as CBA, Coca Cola Amatil, BNP, QBE, IAG. He uses his extensive experience, intuition, insight and skills to identify and develop strategies to overcome barriers to professional and personal growth.

In addition to individual coaching, Tony has conducted numerous workshops facilitating managers, team leaders and teams to manage and implement change humanely, effectively and efficiently.
